Hotel Albatros II
Location

The plot of land is located on a mild slop on the south east side of Hotel Albatros. In a completely undeveloped part of the coast. It is considered as a prime location for the development and advancement of tourism. It has an unhindered view of the Adriatic Sea. (Please refer to attached picture) There is no road leading to the plot of land other than the road leading to its immediate neighbor, Hotel Albatros.

Size and price of land
The size of the land is 9.500 m2 in total. The asking price per square meter has being growing constantly. It is now at 350 Euro per square meter. The local owner does not exclude the possibility for a joint investment. 

 

Construction:
Complete infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage) are at a 50 meter distance to the plot of land since they are used to supply hotel Albatros on right , west side.
Building on this prime location was not allowed therefore the area is completely undeveloped. Urban planning has recently issued out for public review a detail plan for the location. According to the new detail urban planning that has recently went through the public debate, the area in question is reserved for hotels of higher quality, luxurious villa apartments, health –recreation and sport facilities and the construction of private residential homes.
The size of the construction for this cascade type of land can vary from the project. There are basically no restrictions in term of height and size other than the capacity of the land size.
